Todays workout was INSANITY by ShaunT. Cardio Power and Resistance.  2 mile run on treadmill in the evening    
Breakfast= Ezekiel Toast and homemade strawberry preserves
Snack: brocolli
Lunch= Spinach leaves
Red bell peppers
lobster meat
onions
Balsamic dressing
Snack=steamed carrots and celery
Snack= 2nd spinach leaf salad
Dinner= Shakeology  
90 ounces of water!
