Day 8 of my Turbo Fire Challenge. I am doing great! Losing weight and feeling great. Corny I know. Shakeology for breakfast
Whole wheat pita with egg and lettuce for lunch
Quest bar for snack (oatmeal)
Green beans and salmon with onions for dinner. Yummy
