Beach Body Challenge?

Day 8 of my Turbo Fire Challenge. I am doing great! Losing weight and feeling great. Corny I know. Shakeology for breakfast
Whole wheat pita with egg and lettuce for lunch
Quest bar for snack (oatmeal)

Results already?

My first week of  school for the kids and Turbo Fire is almost over. The oldest 3 children have fought me tooth and nail on EVERYTHING! I'm pretty sure they are just adjusting to the new schedule. My double workouts are exhausting. I do see results already and my endurance is up! Here's to a successful healthy weekend!

I have been kicking ass when it comes to my workouts! Insanity Volume 1 is ridiculous. It is intense and so challenging.  What makes it especially difficult is when 5 children are running around me in a sort of a child tornado. I have noticed that the kids run in circles around ME everyone I get ready to work out. Guess what? It makes me mad. I go through a lot of trouble to make sure they are fed, changed, and very very happy. I have to. There is no other way. Ever try working out in a house with hungry dirty kids? Yeah it's not happening. But even with all of the effort I put into prepping them they still gravitate towards me and do the kid whirlpool.

Food Fail!

School started today and of course I had a million other things to do! Now this wouldn't be a problem If I was out alone but I was with my husband. Now this wouldn't be a problem either but he magically becomes hungry EVERY time we are out longer than expected. He has to eat at a fast food place or buffet! It's difficult for me to watch him devour 3 plates of food. I struggle still. Even after losing 100 lbs. Food especially deep fried is tempting. So anyway of course I ate what I shouldn't have. Of course tomorrow is a new day. One plate of Crap food isn't a problem but the struggle is annoying. I will always battle with FOOD no matter how far I've come weight wise!

Well today is one of those days for the kids. Fighting...Check. Arguing over which plate belongs to which kid (there are 5 kids remember) Check. And as I try to type this out I have a screaming and kicking toddler on my lap. I wonder if I was this annoying with my own mother. Now I understand why she was so stinking excited when summer was over. Two more days and 3 of the 5 will be gone! Really I am more excited about school starting then my Turbo Fire package coming in the mail.

SUPPORT? Where are you!?

Hello again to anyone listening!!!! You know what today I was thinking about my support team. You know the people around me cheering me on while I conquer my food addiction and become a SUPERMOM. Oh wait. I have no supporters around me!!!!!! My husband I feel has not even noticed that I have lost 101lbs!!!! My mother and sister  all told me to just STOP. My support comes from my near and dear Facebook lady friends on the same weight loss journey that I am on. I have never seen them face to face and maybe never will but they struggle with me and encourage me everyday!!!! What about you guys out there on a journey to greatness? Do you have a built in support team that celebrates your every victory? Or are you like me with invisible supporters!?
 On another note I kicked my workouts ass today and basically ate veggies, fruit, and lean protein all day long. Here's to another clean eating day triumph!

Today is my official first day as a Beachbody Coach! Whoo hoo. While I create fb fan pages and try to figure out how the heck to create a YouTube channel I feel super excited to know I have taken the first steps in changing my life! Here's to figuring out YouTube and posting "before" pics on my fb Page! Remember the hardest part about working out is pressing play! Just get it done. Your body will thank you! More to come soon!
