Sick?
Well, I am back! Sick but back. With my almost 100% clean eating you would think I could avoid getting sick huh... The answer is no. I have been sick for 2 full weeks. I am still working out hardcore but still under the weather unfortunately. Of course I keep up with my vitamins and minerals but cannot kick this cold. I have been taking vitamin C and every healthy herb under the sun. Know what I have also upped my calories! I am taking in 1800 calories a day. Whoohoo. FOOD! Kids still driving me nuts. Oh and today I caught my husband eating his salad with his hands. I ask him "To lazy to wash a fork huh?" His answer "shrug" Ridiculous I know. -_-

Support system please!
Today I was tired! Getting through my 40 minute workout took a ton of energy and encouragement from MYSELF!!! Do you have a support team in place. You know that awesome partner that cheers every pound off? That great friend or group of friends that meet with you and you all sweat together? Yeah well NOT ME! My husband once told me I lose 5 and gain 10. Real douche huh? Not so much personal time for me and friends with 5 kids running around either. So how have I been able to lose over 100 lbs? I have brought the beast out within myself. I want this SO bad I have gotten up everyday for a year and a half and have made it happen. I REFUSE to go into 2014 with a weight loss resolution. NOT happening people. I am doing this for me! Iwill NOT accept defeat. This time the weight has been defeated and I no longer will allow anyone to hold me down or tell me I cannot do it!!!! Here is to all of us trying to get into shape with what seems like the world against us!! If there is ever a day when you have lost all hope remember you are not alone. The strength you are looking for is within you!!! *nevergiveup*pushuntilthereisnothingleft*
What schedule!?
Wow 30. Days of Turbo Fire almost done! My results are definitely noticeable! I am stronger and have lost inches around my waist! Too bad I am living in a crazy house and need a strict schedule in order to fit everything in! Kids, school, homework, Turbo Fire, husband and business!!!!!!! Good grief I am exhausted just typing that... O_O

Still not satisfied!!!
Even though I have gone from 250lbs to 156lbs I am still unhappy with my body. When will I be satisfied? Sometimes I just feel down and out about this weight loss journey! I have been doing this everyday for almost two years... Ok 18 mths. Still am tired. That is why I am going to knock this Turbo Fire Challenge out of the box. I refuse to go into another year unhappy with my body! Is that fair?

Gratitude
Hmmm. Well, my Weekend consisted of Buffets and Footlongs from Subway. Considering I am on a weightless journey that's a FAIL kind of weekend. Yes it is. I sucked it up and took my measurements. Down 8 inches all over. Pretty good huh? Well I could have done better in my mommy life. Having 5 kids is hard work but I MUST remember to be patient nd loving always. When my 4 boys get into destructive mode I can NOT get so stressed. Yeah they kicked another hole in the wall. But so what love prevails. Oh are those 20 bees in a jar. Lol you broke the jar in the house. What? Bees everywhere huh. It's okay I love you guys. True story by the way. Anyway this week I shall practice patience and absolute gratitude for my children. Their happiness is worth a few bee stings.

Where has the time gone!
Busy busy busy. I know that even though I have lost over 100 lbs one thing has not changed. When I am super busy I neglect my health. With 5 kids running around and me trying to keep it together I neglect myself! Why as mothers do we always put ourselves last. The laundry and toilet scrubbing even come before our needs. Our families always out do our own. New shoes? No way little Lisa needs a new lunch box. Gym membership maybe? Absolutely not Sean has to sign up for football! There is always something more important than us. Moms when will we stop and allow ourselves to be a little selfish. Of course I love watching my little Sean kick butt on the field but I also want to get one little workout in without feeling like the world's crappiest mother.
